Throwback Thursday

We don’t typically do Throwback Thursday here at Prestige Food Trucks (at least when it comes to our blogs, that is), but we decided to give it a try this week for two reasons: (1) ‘Tis the season to be festive, and Throwback Thursday is a weekly festive occurrence, if you will. (2) We know we can provide a lot of value and information to current and aspiring food truck owners with a Throwback Thursday piece.

With that said, we are about to go all the way back to November 2016 (you know, since it is the first day of November 2017), and unleash every article from that month. We will provide a link to each article as well as a preview.

Check it out below!

Nov. 2: When Is The Perfect Time To Start A Food Truck Business?

“You made the ultimate business plan, your finances are in place, you have the funds to buy a food truck, you know what food you are going to make and you already picked the best possible location for your kitchen truck, but what’s next? How about figuring out your start date.

In the spirit of that thinking, we will pose this question: When is the perfect time to start a food truck business? While everyone’s situation is different, the spring or the summer is the perfect time for your food truck’s grand opening.

In fact, there are a ton of trucks that actually close down during the wintertime.”

Nov. 9: Food Truck Financing Can Help You Break Into The Industry

“Do you want to join the food truck industry but don’t have the out-of-pocket money to buy a food truck? If so, then you are not alone, and there is a solution.

Unfortunately, not everyone who enters this industry makes it. Even more unfortunate is the fact that some people spend their life savings on a food truck and don’t end up succeeding.
