We don’t typically do Throwback Thursday here at Prestige Food Trucks (at least when it comes to our blogs, that is), but we decided to give it a try this week for two reasons: (1) ‘Tis the season to be festive, and Throwback Thursday is a weekly festive occurrence, if you will.
