Jeremy Adams was the third food truck manufacturer I connected with and I immediately felt a sense of confidence after speaking with him. All it took was one phone call. In November 2013 I called Prestige Food Trucks, not knowing what to expect or what I was going to get. Jordan answered the phone and had just an eagerness about him. I flew down from Greeley Colorado in late march to join Prestige at their largest Food Truck Rally ever in Tampa, Florida and when I got there, my truck could be seen from every corner of the fairgrounds. Jordan and his top notch crew showed me around my truck, showed me every detail that I expected such as, beautiful stainless walls and ceilings to one of the largest generators and cook lines ever built into a food truck. Prestige Food Trucks as a whole went above and beyond my expectations and they will do the same to anyone looking to get into this industry.
My dessert food truck, Vegan Noms, is the envy of so many fellow food trucks in Dallas thanks to Jeremy and his crew at Prestige! They built a one-of-a-kind Nissan NV for me and made all my food truck dreams come true. I inquired with lots of other food truck builders, local and around the country, but I immediately knew Prestige had to built my truck after the courtesy and respect I received from Jeremy from the get-go. He always followed up with me on the progress of the build and promptly let me know the best route for all the equipment. I get so many compliments from other food truck owners about how "sturdy and reliable" my truck looks and how beautiful the wrap and colors turned out.
The team at Prestige Foods Trucks are consummate professionals. They offered support for their products throughout the buying process. The fact that they build their own trucks and understand the business makes all the difference when dealing with this team. We are very happy with the truck we bought and are glad that Prestige was able to work us a great deal on a great used truck. It’s not easy to get a truck from Orlando to Pittsburgh but Prestige committed themselves to the process and now we have our wonderful new “Culinary Cab”. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for helping me find a solution with my power issues regarding our POPtruck. Because we were the first to build this type of truck, which is not your typical Food Truck, we had power issues. These issues prevented our operations team to smoothly manage events on a daily basis on the truck. This situation went on for approximately 1.3 years.
