We don’t typically do Throwback Thursday here at Prestige Food Trucks (at least when it comes to our blogs, that is), but we decided to give it a try this week for two reasons: (1) ‘Tis the season to be festive, and Throwback Thursday is a weekly festive occurrence, if you will. (2) We know we can provide a lot of value and information to current and aspiring food truck owners with a Throwback Thursday piece.

With that said, we are about to go all the way back to November 2016 (you know, since it is the first day of November 2017), and unleash every article from that month. We will provide a link to each article as well as a preview.
